Phil started in the plumbing business by signing up with the local union hall working service & repair in downtown Chicago. After doing that a while, he worked in construction for a few years and was a foreman for another plumbing company doing industrial & build out work. After realizing he was setting the standard for the quality of work, he decided to set off on his own in 2018 to create a high quality team oriented working environment!
